AT&T may optimize some DSL lines to provide improved speed consistency; this process ensures that speeds provided are within the range of speed purchased, as described in the Terms of Service.

  • Order service between October 1, 2009 and October 31, 2009 and activate service by November 30, 2009.
  • Obtain a copy of your dated Offerwire order confirmation showing service ordered
  • Obtain a copy of your first two (2) month’s bill from AT&T reflecting activation of qualifying service

Purchase of U-verse TV required to order AT&T U-verse High Speed Internet. Wireless networking may require adapter, purchased separately. U100 TV service does not include DVR functionality with the receiver provided. A receiver with the DVR functionality is available for U100 TV service subscribers for an additional $15 per month. Total Home DVR functionality available for up to 8 TV's and requires a receiver for each additional TV at $7 per month each. 

Important Notice Regarding Equipment Orders
All items ship via UPS Ground and your credit card will be charged for the total amount upon shipment. You will be billed by the high speed service provider for your monthly fees associated with having high-speed Internet access. Shipping charges are non refundable and call tags will not be issued. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. A 20% restocking charge will be applied to all opened merchandise that is returned. A $5 per item restocking charge may apply to all returned/cancelled order merchandise that has already shipped to the receiver.
